I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Door de weeks ben ik druk bezig met werk en sporten, ik hockey bij Phoenix in Zeist en probeer daarnaast ook nog weleens naar de sportschool te gaan. Naast het werken en sporten vind ik onstpanning heel belangrijk. In het weekend betekend dat een drankje en door de weeks betekend dat bank hangen. Hallo, mijn naam is Tori, ik ben 18 jaar. Mijn woonadres is in België, maar ik ben zelf Nederlandse. Ik hou van gezelligheid en sta altijd klaar voor een praatje of gezamenlijk diner; koken is een van mijn favoriete hobbies. Ik start deze zomer met de studie Taalwetenschap in Nijmegen, maar zou graag voor die tijd al willen beginnen met werken in de stad. Ik zoek dus een kamer, waarbij de enige voorwaarde is dat er een raam in zit. Ik vind het helemaal niet erg om de keuken/badkamer te delen.

Afgelopen jaar heb ik met veel plezier in het mooie Amersfoort gewoond. Helaas stopt daar nu mijn avontuur en ben ik op zoek naar (eventueel tijdelijke) woonruimte in de regio Utrecht. Vanuit daar hoop ik mijn weg verder uit te stippelen. Ik werk als orthopedagoog in een BGGZ praktijk in Hilversum. Ik heb het daar erg naar m'n zin met fijne collega's. Op de vrijdag volg ik nog een postmastertraject tot K&J psycholoog NIP in Utrecht. In mijn vrije tijd heb ik verschillende interesses. Zo bezoek ik graag een museum, een restaurantje met vriendinnen en een salsa feestje op z'n tijd kan ik ook waarderen. Ik heb in het verleden ook twee 'aanloopkatten' gehad en verzorgd. Heerlijk om deze beestjes in huis te hebben; het kan zorgen voor veel gezelligheid! Ik sta er dus zeker voor open om ook op de katten van iemand te passen. Als de eigenaar dat fijn vindt, kan ik op z'n tijd ook een lieve foto sturen.
